For the safety and peace of mind of our Members, West Parkland Gas Co-op offers 24/7 on-call services for gas odors, carbon monoxide checks, and other emergency calls. Our after-hours answering service can be reached any time at 780-963-3311.

Line Locates

All requests for line locates must be submitted online via Utility Safety Partners (link to USP website)

A minimum of Three Full Working Days’ Notice is required in order for facility owners to respond to a routine request. Large Project Tickets require a minimum of Five Full Working Days’ Notice.

NOTE: Locate response times can vary and a longer lead time is recommended during the busiest months (May, June, July, August and September).
