Activate your account (one time)

  • Within 48 hours, you’ll receive two emails at the address you use for e-billing:
    • a welcome email, and
    • a second email containing an 8-character confirmation code (the code may include commas, dashes, and periods).
  • If you don’t see the emails, check your junk/spam folder.
  • The emails will come from: noreply@customdatacentre.com and gasbilling@customdatacentre.com.

First-time access steps

  • Visit: https://portal.gasmanager.ca/#/NewLogin
  • Username: the email address you use for e-billing
  • Password: the confirmation code we emailed you
  • Follow the prompts to create your new personal password

View or print your documents

  • Sign in to the portal: https://portal.gasmanager.ca/
  • Go to Bills (printable) or Transactions (view only).
  • In Transactions: click the invoice, or payment line to view details.
  • In Bills: click the bill and select View Bill. To print, select Download and print from download.
