Activate your account (one time)
- Within 48 hours, you’ll receive two emails at the address you use for e-billing:
- a welcome email, and
- a second email containing an 8-character confirmation code (the code may include commas, dashes, and periods).
- If you don’t see the emails, check your junk/spam folder.
- The emails will come from: noreply@customdatacentre.com and gasbilling@customdatacentre.com.

First-time access steps
- Visit: https://portal.gasmanager.ca/#/NewLogin
- Username: the email address you use for e-billing
- Password: the confirmation code we emailed you
- Follow the prompts to create your new personal password
View or print your documents
- Sign in to the portal: https://portal.gasmanager.ca/
- Go to Bills (printable) or Transactions (view only).
- In Transactions: click the invoice, or payment line to view details.
- In Bills: click the bill and select View Bill. To print, select Download and print from download.
