Allan Olson Cooperative Spirit AWARD
ALLAN OLSON
Allan Olson was a lifelong educator and farmer in Parkland County. He was instrumental in the early success of West Parkland Gas Co-op by agreeing to have some of the first line construction in the early 1970s cross his quarter section in Carvel. He was elected to the West Parkland Gas Co-op Board of Directors in 1974. He was then appointed as Chairman of the Board in 1975, where he served until 1999.
