New Member / Customer Orientation

Contract Entitlement

A completed contract entitles a member/customer to the installation of one primary service per parcel of land.   The member/customer is responsible for all secondary services on this property.

 

Gas Contract Transfer

A land owner proof of ownership prior to transfer of contract to his or her name.

A transfer fee per rate sheet shall be charged on all transfers.
If one party of a husband/wife membership dies, there shall be no charge to transfer contract to remaining living member.
